I only get to pick one??? Well, i'm picking out two!!! Riquelme and Tévez, the playmaker and the striker, both of whom the ball sticks to!!!! Riquelme has such pace and skill and imagination- and Tévez, who is built and moves like Diego Maradona!!!! Two exceptional and inspired players in a team of stars. I highly rate Lucho and Maxi and Cambiasso and Abbondanzieri too!!! Basically, any one of these players in any other team would be the best in that team, but together.... I so hope they win!!! :-)

To answer your second question, Tévez has a scar because when he was a baby he was burned when a pot of boiling water fell on him. Apparently he turned down plastic surgery- for which Boca, his club up until a couple of seasons ago, offered to pay because he didn't want to miss any matches and it's part of who he is. I didn't know how he got it either until today so I looked it up- and now I respect him even more!

VAMOS ARGENTINA!!!!!

The best Argentine football player of all-time is Diego Maradona (till now). Lionel Messi is the second best (according to some) but I think as he will grow older, he'll soon show the world what talent he has inside him. Some say that Messi isn't a very good player but Messi should be encouraged and soon he'll become...Maradona's successor. Tevez is also a very skiled player but I have no idea why he has that scar. Why don't you go and ask him?

Has to be Riquelme, the guy just oozes class and is the man that starts every move for the team.

But Crespo is the best penalty box goal scorer in the world and isn't far behind him in influencing games for the Argentines.

Today the best player is AYALA, the defense.
Carlinhos Tevez has this scar because he burnt with hot water when he was a kid

Lionel Messi the young forward rapidly rising to stardom in world football though i think Juan Roman Riquelme maybe close second as he is so good a playmaker and master of the dead ball that even the rivals like him

I think Maxi Rodreguez... he is different class!
I know my team (Spurs) are interested in signing him... Argentines have always done well at Tottenham... Ricky Villa and Ossie Ardiles are remembered as 'gods'!
