We need more info... How old is he? How long have you been together? Does he think or act serious? Honestly, though, high school relationships, although seeming serious at the time, usually don't turn in to a life long committment. You are going to meet sooo many more people and learn sooo much more about yourself over the next few years that by the time you're 25, you may not even be compatible anymore.

Why do you feel that you need to have a serious relationship at your age? you have so many things ahead of you now, there are so many things you have not seen & done yet, so why complicat you young life with a serious relation you are still young-get yourself a education first and be independent first, and depend on your self and not some one who may want to tell you how to live your life.

Depends on how you feel. If you feel like it is a serious relationship, and your partner is on the same page, then it is a serious relationship. Given your age though, you'll probably outgrow this guy. Not a bad thing, it just happens.

Yes, age is just a number especially when it comes to love. Don't let anybody tell you that you're too young to be in love, because teenagers have just the same feelings that adults do.

If you love him and your almost 17. Sounds good to me. You are almost an adult. People fall in love at all ages.

It all depends on how the two of you want to make of it. I have friends who started dating at that age and are still going strong 30 years hence. Damn!!! I am old. :(

uhh, relationships arent based too much on age in my opinion, but on the level of trust between the partners. if you know him as well as you know yourself, than yes, it could be serious
