my penguin always seems to get jealous when i bring women to the house what should i do?

Go to the zoo. Ask to borrow one of the female penguins for the day. This is also a great conversation starter. (random girl on the street) "Why are you walking that penguin?" (you) "Well, you see..." ;) If the zoo keeper isn't cool with you taking a penguin, take pictures. He'll understand you tried, and forgive you. Heck, since penguins don't wear cloths it's basically porn, so he's gonna be busy anyway.
