Sure, why not? If three or more adults want to marry each other, who cares? It's their business. As an added benefit, it could provide a whole new sub-industry among divorce lawyers, child support workers, and marriage counselors, thus improving the economy by providing more jobs for these people.

Legalized or not, people will do what they want. Whether it is to marry someone of the same sex or gender. I believe it is legal in some places to marry same sex. There's more to it than getting married really. If it gets legalized then partners reap the benefits of traditional marriages.

No, because beds are not that big and the third wheel would have to sleep on the couch. Plus of all of the jealousy and favouritism and problems that would cause would make the 3 way marriage very unstable
