Talk to a psychaitrist.You are probably stressed out and when it gets to this point, you need help.Try to talk, maybe counseling sessions.If that dosent help, they have medications that may help you calm down some.But you should try to talk first and get things off your chest before resulting to meds.

It sounds to me like you are extremly stressed out. You need to find a creative way to release emotions. You could take up something lie kickboxing aerobics or find something that calms you. Take long walks and just focus on what it is that is really causing you so much stress and try to change it. Life's to short to be angry and complaining all the time.

you can stop if you want to stop
take time out and breath deeply and slowly before you get angry
turn things around and try and think positively
you are not in a traffic jam instead you have time to listen to some good music!

i like to write down all my feelings in a notebook before i go to bed. it's kind of like a diary or journal, but i write all my feelings down. it helps me relieve stress & go to sleep. sometimes i read it to my bf so he can see my feelings. it really helps, u should try it.
