Anyone Have Some Gross Restraunt Stories?

Stories of what REALLY goes on behind the scenes..so typically from an employee/ex-employee's experience while working in a restraunt.

I've heard of peeing in the container of pickles/relish and Nasty things being done to coleslaw..

I once knew a waiter who spit a loogie into a woman's bleu cheese dressing because she was rude to him. You should not be rude to people who are serving your food. You never know who might be a little bit crazy.
I knew another waiter who dropped a large slab of ribs on the kitchen floor. They picked them up, cleaned them up and served them because it was the kind of meal that took a long time to prepare and they knew the customer would be angry about the wait.

I worked as a room service waiter in a hotel when I was a teenager, one of the dishwashers used to get a hamburger and go into the stockroom to eat on his break. I went to ask him something or other and he had condiment bottles open on the rack in front of him and was slugging back some A-1 sauce with his latest bite of burger. Oh, and the mayo wasn't kept in the fridge. I eat only mustard on a burger from any establishment and block all images of that night from my mind when eating out.

here is a gross one. about 3or 4 years ago,a woman had to go to the hospital. she was really sick. heres the scoop. she went through the drive thru at taco bell which is open 24 hrs a day. it was about midnight. someone there took a dump in the ground beef mixture that they use. the co workers knew about it. it was a big joke among them. the few workers there that night all got fired. it hurt the business at that location for a while but like everything else, time heals and its doing great business. true story. so help me.

i work like two days in a restaurant like 4 years ago and the kitchen was all greasy the guys that do the food were doing drugs and one of them was peeing in the hand washer
