As of February 2006, more than 2,000 reports of the disease have been reported on the Foundation's website. Reports come from all 50 U.S. states and 15 nations, including Canada, the UK, Australia and The Netherlands.


The states of California, Texas and Florida appear to have the highest number of reports of this disease, with primary clusters noted in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Texas. All fifty states and fifteen nations report cases of Morgellons.
