What do you look for in a guy/girl? I don't want to know about looks. I mean, What is the type of person that you would spend the rest of your life with?

Somebody that will fight for what they love and who they love, a sense of humor, wicked smile, inner glow, strong, kind to all living things, thoughtful, and a magical way about them... hope I find that person... soon. :-)~

Look for only one thing: surprise. I used to think my ideal man would be tall, muscled and blond haired, but instead I ended up with a shorter man, dark skinned, average body and black hair. What we want and what we need are two different things. Do not try to picture the man/woman of your dreams: love exceeds any dreams, by far.

There are the classic answers: love, respect, etc., but most of all you need to know what you want/need in order to find it. Of course, love and respect must be there to have a healthy relationship, but there are always extra things that you need, in my case I can tell you that communication, sense of humor and emotional maturity are the ones.

What I look for in a person is simple. Someone who is sweet, down-to-earth, honest, and can make me laugh and can comfort me when I need a shoulder to cry on.
