Absotively & posilutely! I never understood how Calvin was so bad in school, but had a vocabulary that could put a high schoool graduate to shame. GO HOBBES!

Yep. I love them, have all of the books.Some of my favorite things: Spaceman Spiff, G.R.O.S.S. (Get Rid Of Slimy girlS), the snowmen, Calvinball, the whole "retractable claws" thing (calvin's jealous of Hobbe's claws), the bully at school (can't remember his name right now), his mom's cooking and many many more

I loved them. I thought they were witty, intelligent and said a lot about the human condition.
I was very disappointed when the artist ended the series.

YES, loved that strip, you can still read it for free on some websites. I loved his Dads answers to Calvins questions and his daydreaming at school was classic. Thanks for making me think of them.
