No, it's not an absurd comparison, people seem to be more concerned for animals than for the poor little innocent babies that are aborted every day... They have to realize that these little babies are human beings, and that they deserve life, just like every one of us. It is a sad thing to contemplate. I hope this will all be over soon (abortion thing).

That's an absurd comparison. Those who defend animal rights are actually defending lives - not trying to impose their own will over the bodies of the parents of those animals.
