Eat healthy, no junk food at all, drink plenty of water and other fluids, no pop, exercise. It has to be a lifestyle change to keep the weight off. The first couple weeks are the hardest, ut then you start feeling so much better that you don't want the junk anymore. Don't forget a good women's one a day multivitamin.

This way is BEST and has been proven so: expend more calories than you take in. DO NOT lose more than 2 pounds per week or else it will be precious muscle. Eat vegetables in abundance, fruits, whole grains, proteins [any extra lean meat, fish 3 times a week], dairy, and go very sparingly on the sweets. Exercise at least 4 times a week, with a combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercise [jogging, swimming]. Be sure to stretch daily and keep a good attitude! :) However, be careful to not go overboard - you do NOT want a petty weight loss effort to go into anorexia or bulimia. If you have a history of either of these, CONSULT A DOCTOR AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOSE WEIGHT. These are psychological disorders that potentially ruin lives. If you are under the age of 18, and are not so overweight that it hinders your health, weight loss should NOT be an issue because your body is still developing and NEEDS any essential nutrients.

Happy eating! :)

Eat healthy and exercise. There are a lot of books and resources on the Internet about healthy food. Drinking a good amount of water will help you lose water weight quickly, but don't take pills for this.

Please don't believe any fad diets! They may make you lose weight quickly, but when you stop, it will all come back. Everyone is always looking for the easy way, but ask anyone who has lost weight and kept it off and they will tell you it is healthy eating and exercise that did the trick.
