These two sites will hold files but for how long, is approximately 30 days if not continually downloaded every now and then without an account.

I had one trying to sell this service to me about 6 months ago,but i wasnt in need of it,so there are such sites,i think this was a file bank or something like that.But i have also heard of an additional box that plugs into your computer externaly like an extra hard drive which will do the same thing.
