When I was growing up, my biological father wasn't around. My Mom dated a guy, whom we lived with, for several years. This guy was probably the closest thing I have ever had to a real Dad. After him and my mom broke up, I lost contact with him. I recently got in touch with him and I was really excited to reconnect with "my dad". In our telephone conversation, he made comments like "you were a good looking kid, you must be a babe now", and after I sent him an email with pictures of me at a baseball game with my friends, he sent me one back saying "you're a good lookin gal, you should wear clothes that show you off a little more." Would you be suprised to hear comments like these coming from your dad?

Ummmm...yeah. Those comments don't seem appropriate. Maybe he's thinking you connected with him again but aren't thinking of him as your Dad. Maybe you should tell him you think of him as the only dad you ever had...maybe that will shame him into behaving himself!

Oh that's creepy! You see him as your Dad, but he sees you as a "babe????" Tell him you don't like those comments coming from your Dad. That should stop them, and you'll have a somewhat normal father-daughter relationship. Every girl needs that.

Yeah, Id be a little surprised. He just wasnt what you were expecting. I dont see many fathers urging thier daughters to show some skin. No offense, but Id be a little cautious.

He is not your father. He was your mom's boy friend. In my opinion, those comments he made about you were inappropriate and sexual. Maybe he is trying to find out if there is a possibility that you could one day be his girl.

EWWW!! Creepy!!! YEah you really shouldn't be e-mailing him if he's sending you comments like this. That's dirty especially since he was your "father figure" for several years!! What does your mom say about this?

I would prolly feel a little weird about it, but seeing how much you grew up and how well you look prolly made him really proud that he had a part of your life for awhile.

I think, you better aovid him. Cos he is planning evil thing.
Also, he is not your real father, so he doesnt care of what will happen to you even on the later part he will end up hurting you.

Do not try to contact him again. !!!!

You shouldn't talk to him if he says stuff like that...it might not mean anything, but my dad never says anything like that. Just be careful, I would talk to your mom and see what she says.
