I think you can't know from outllook. But when you make love with him, you will know he is a virgin or not. Usually virgin who have no experience and don't know how to touch or kiss a girl in a good way.

Most of the time if a guy is a virgin, he'll talk about sex alot to make it seem like he isn't.

he probably has to much respect in women
that's it.but dont think he is gay.
but you should start by going farther. sometimes woman are the ones who have to take the lead.
