NO OFFENSE BUT YOUR MOM IS A B***H HOW COULD SHE...GO TO THE POLICE....IMMEDIATELY

To not listen to the negative thoughts that your mother is putting into your head. DO NOT let that bring your self-esteem down. Being sexually harassed is not your fault, and go tell someone that you can trust in the community (teacher, etc. or the police). I hope everything turns out for the best for you.

you didn't say alot of detail, But, fat or not, harrassment is still harrassment. Tell your mom you understand her worries about your weight, but that it hurt your feelings that you were violated and she didn't seem to care. Maybe she doesn't know how to tell you to try to lose weight (if you really need to) because what our parents tell us about our weight stays with us as that inner voice for a very long time...maybe she saw this as an opportunity to mention it - But you should tell her once more that you were harrassed, and if she won't talk about that then tell someone else about it right away.

Your mom's intentions may have been good, but they were horribly misguided. Don't get pissed off at her, but try to redirect your energy. How were you harrassed? At work? At school? Take a stand & fight for what you think is right. Be proud & unashamed. No one should be allowed to sexually harrass you no matter what. Report what feels uncomfortable & demand that you be treated respectfully, no matter what your weight or appearance.

omg...it was NOT your fault at all! NO woman deserves to be harrassed by anyone no matter what! im like you...im a big girl and I know damn well that I dont deserve it! what you need to do is either 1) if this was at work, contact your supervisor or someone over his head and report it. most work places have a strict policy over sexual harrassment or 2) contact your local police station and make a complaint. you dont deserve it dear! hold your head up and know your a special person also!

Your mother had no right to say something so cruel to you. Being sexually harassed is a terrible thing and it happens through no fault of your own. Trust me it didn't happen because you are overweight.

I don't want to "diss" your mom, but that's NOT why stuff like that happens..........I'm sorry it did......and I'll say a prayer for you, tonight.

Good luck in your life and don't feel terrible.......find happiness in what you have (inside)..........and don't take bad stuff from people.
It's legally and morally wrong..........and it's your right and responsibility to report it and get results (to your benifit).......
Tell someone else.......maybe an aunt or other adult.

God bless and I wish you the best.

Don't worry about your mom. F her for real. That s.h.i.t was wrong and she was wrong for saying it. Was it at work? Or any public place? Report that if it was. If you were out then I don't know. Did he/she touch you? If yes call the cops.

I'm so sorry to hear that :(
Keep your head up and pray God will take good care of you.

woah woah woah, somthing is wrong with that, i dont belive that for one secound. you should have a nice sit down with you and your mother, and explain this, and explain how it made you feel, and how you feel about her comment. it may sound very weird, and awkward, but somtimes for the best, but that is not true, regardless if you are overweight or not, thsi is innapropriate, i suggest just talking through things, and if not, maybe a consoler
