Im very happy. I choose to be happy. I choose to be me and make my own decisions. I realized that everything we do is a choice. We may not always like the options available, but we always have a choice. And happiness is no different. Either you can choose to be happy or you can choose to not be happy.

I'm a basically happy person. I may complain about things sometimes, and I'd like to make some improvements, but my life is better now than it ever has been! Two years ago at this time, I was living in Ohio, stuck in a job I hated, miserable and depressed because I felt I was going nowhere. I moved out to Arizona with no money and no job, stayed with some friends for a couple of months till I got a job and my own apartment. I've had some ups and downs, but I'm definitely not stressed-out and depressed like I used to be. Even the stress-induced rash that I used to get on my arms, legs, and back disappeared within months. I love where I'm living--Arizona is beautiful!--I have great friends, great bosses and coworkers, and a cute, tiny little apartment in the heart of downtown, only a 5-minute walk from work. My life is pretty darn terrific!

Yes I am happy with my life. When I compare myself with other people around the world. I am blessed that I born and live on an island in the Caribbean. I am in good health. I have a university degree. I have a job I liked. Once or twice a year I go on holidays in an other country. I borned and lived in the Caribbean, studied in Netherlands (Europe). Went on holidays in Ghana (Africa), visit different European countries, like France, Portugal, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, England, Germany. In the Caribbean Venezuela, Saba, St., Maarten, Aruba, Bonaire, Cuba.
Miami, Florida. This year I go to Peru. So I think I am happy, I saw more countries and island in the world. Besides that my hobby is painting. I am satisfied with my life and I thank god that I had and have the opportunity to see how people in other countries lives and works. Sometimes I am with holidays in my own island.

I am happy,in the precise moment that happiness occurs. I don't believe that happiness is an ongoing or everlasting feeling. I think happiness is very fleeting, just as sadness is. We don't really walk around one or the other all day long. Sadness, happiness, anger, being scared, it is all very fleeting and not permanent. So take it for what it is in that moment that you are completely content.

1. Im very happy with my life. It has its up and downs and it sometimes hits rock bottom, but I always come back up stronger then ever.

2. A lot of hard work and learning how to cope with what life gave me. Sometimes God was harsh in his dealing me the rockest road to travel, but by doing that he made me strong and it made me respect what I have and be proud of who I am.

Life is what we make it , and I can truthfully say now Im happy in what I have made of it.

I have a stressful, but happy life. I am happy because I set attainable, realistic goals, have an upbeat attitude and have a lot of love in my life.

I am happy. My parents died when I was little leaving behind 16 children. We were all separated, until last year I hadn't seen any of my family for 22 years. They found me. Now my daughter has family. Its all she ever dreamed of. Yes I am happy.

I should be happy. But all I can think about is what I dont have. I dont have extra time, I dont have extra money, I dont have energy, I dont have my car inspected or registered, I dont have friends, I dont have a healthy body, I dont have health insurance. I am consumed with what I dont have and I hate it. Why am I like that? Ugh.
