And i already know bout gettin a paternity test that is not it. It is i need to know which person would most likely be the father. Not a 100% answer but i dont want to pay for two paternity tests they are VERY expensive. And No i didnt sleep with them on the same day they were 5 days apart.

Sperm can live in the female body for up to 3-5 days if conditions are right. The 5 days would be unusual.
However, an estimate of when you conceived (depending on how it was computed) can be off by anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks! So it is quite possible that either of the 2 men could be the father.
A woman ovulates about 2 weeks (usually 12-16 days) before her *next* period. So, if the estimate is based on your cycle length, it could be off by 2 days in either direction (and occasionally 3).
If the estimate is based on the first day of your last period, then it could be off by weeks. For instance, doctors always assume that you ovulate on day 14 of your cycle. This is the average which means it is *wrong* for most women!! For instance, if you were to assume that every woman you meet is 5'4" tall because this is an average, you would usually be incorrect. You can ovulate on day 8 of your cycle, and you can ovulate on day 28 of a *normal* cycle (longer if you have irregular cycles...or even if *this* cycle was destined to be longer than your usual).
If the date is based on ultrasound, it gets murkier still. Ultrasounds *can* be accurate within 3-4 days, but this is only if done by an expert who takes the time to really read the scan. Since most ultrasounds are "routine" these days, they are rarely done by an expert and are rarely looked at closely. So, the information is likely to be farther off. And if the ultrasound was done after 3 months, it's about as accurate as a guess. The baby has started growing according to its genetic endowment (i.e. a baby who has "tall genes" will be taller than one who has "short genes").
I would add, though, that there could be a quick way to determine which man is more likely to be the father...by blood types.
If the 2 men have *different* blood types, then this could rule one of them out entirely, making the decision of who to test easy. It depends on what blood type *you* are, as well. Here is a short explanation...
Blood type is determined by the two copies (one from each parent) of the blood type gene. Each gene can be A, B, or neither. If you have both an A gene and a B gene, your blood type will be AB. If you have neither an A nor a B, your blood type will be O. Otherwise, your blood type will be determined by the type you *do* have (A or B).
So...2 parents who are both type O can *only* have type O kids (they have no typing to give to the baby). One O and one AB parent can only have A or B. *One* parent who is AB (if the other is A, B, or AB) can never have a type O kid, but can have any of the other types. 2 parents who are both A or both B can only have a type O or their own type. One A and one B can have a child with *any* blood type. This won't *prove* paternity, but it can prove that someone *cannot* be the father.
Sorry this isn't more helpful...

Sorry to say, absolutely NO way to know who is the father, unless you have take paternity tests. For the sake of having the real father give you child support ( which BELIEVE me,,, u WILL want..... even if you don't think so, becuz 18 years is a LONG and expensive time to raise a child ), you should find out who the father is. So, you can either chose one of them, and ask them to take the test ( or the courts can order it ) ... or tell both of them. Either way, they will both find out that you slept with someone else, it can NOT be avoided,,,, so you will just need to accept that and move on. Sounds like you're young........ if you are, and live with ur parents, or they are supportive.......def. go to them too. Good luck.

Girl you are too funny. But whatever day you ovulated and whatever person you slept with on that day, is more than likely the father. But why do to paternity test. Do one on the one you slept with on that day. Either he is or he isn't. And that will only leave one other person, If those were the only TWO you really slept with.

There is a window of time where the man's sperm can stay active within the vagina tract. It can be up to 72 hours. So depending on the time frame, there could be some overlap. Hope this helps.

There is no way to be completely sure without a test..
5 days is a very short time over a course of 9 months.

we cannot time fertilization. your best answer is dna testing. get any hair samples about 10 strands with roots from any of the 2 men. if u have money, try non invasive testing costing $1000 using your blood samples. otherwise u can ask your OB for permission to get amniotic fluid which is little dangerous at your stage. u can use the babys umbilical cord blood however, you shoud inform your doctor all the time so the lab can coordinate with her to perform the test. you can research on dna testing kits and labs in the web.

Paternity tests cost around $500. Did you sleep with your boyfriend on the same day?

Wait until your baby is born then go on Maury and they will pay for the flight ticket round trip and the paternity tests for both guys. It is how these shows survive.
Good Luck.

im sorry to hear that you are having such a stressful situation, i think you should focus on the baby and your pregnancy and not worry about who the father is till after the birth there is nothing you can do now anyway and then once the baby is born you can go on maury or one of those other talk show's that do them for free
good luck!

if i had to guess, a educated guess, i would say the boyfriend. only because u dont get pregnant right away when a guy ejaculates in you. i think it takes a couple of days for the sperm to move up and find the egg and implant
