I would like to have a shop plus a Pagan refuge, a plot of land aprox. 10 acrs + that would have 3-4 shops as well as land to do any rituals or anything else that us Pagans do, have it open 24/7, as stated I would like to have a metphaphysical shop, a cafe, a tattoo, & posibly a spa of some sort. What kind of permits would I need?

I'd say you probably have to get a business permit and a building permit, both from city hall. You'd also have to see about getting a health inspection, because of the tattoo parlor and you'd have to have a license to tattoo.

I just wanted to say that that sounds like a reeeaaally great place. I'd love to go. I think it would do quite well, too. Good luck.

Sounds really cool! Good luck!

It depends on your location, I imagine. Different jurisdictions have different laws. Offhand, however, I'd say you need the restauraunt health license, a liquor permit if you serve booze there, probably something for safety for the tatooists, and maybe for the spa like massage licesne or whatever.

I'm not too much help, I know-- I'd ask some business owneres in your area (restauranteers, tatooists) what they needed to get going. Again, it depends on your locale.

I hope it works out! Sounds like a great idea!
