I've been trying to get onto a particular website which I've been allowed to join. Only problem is that every time I go onto the site the site loads then disappears completely not even allowing me to go so far as to log in.
I contacted the site administrator and she suggested deleteing my cache and rebooting but I don't how how to do that... could this be the problem... ? Any other suggestions as to why this is happening as it's only happening on that website....
thanks

The site may have loads of huge pics taking up so much temporary space ( "cache" ) you and others may lack space to hold it all

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Temporary Internet Files, Delete Files and check box DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT then click OK - maybe useful to increase space allocated to CACHE also under SETTINGS and also change to AUTOMATICALLY - these may affect performance too.

if you goto internet options, from tools and then choose delete files tick the box press ok, that will delete nearly all of it.
or best idea is download sys mech pro6 from www.iolo.com and use the trail until it runs out.
this will find any problem at all on your machine and fix it. or suggest how to fix it, if it cant fix it.
