When I go into wmp10 and try to delete the songs it only shows songs I just added.

I use to be able to delete songs but since my computer crashed and I got it back I havent been able to brinig up any of the older songs I have on the deivce... Please Help!

First be sure you have a fresh battery in your device.

You may try uninstalling things and re-installing them. Uninstall the sofware that came with the Scandisk, Uninstall WMP. Then install in this order:

WMP, first then reboot
Scandisk software, the reboot

Try it again.

These players sometimes show up in My Computer as a removable drive. If it is there, you can open it and delete files (songs) from it just the same way you delete files on other drives in your computer.

Threre is a firmware update you should install, see the link in Sources:

The sandisk website says you can delete files with Rhapsody and Napster Client also, you could try those.

Last, but not least, there is a Reset All you can use to restore your unit to the default factory settings. This is found in your devices menus.
