How can you tell if someone will not noshow the first time you see them?

If the person is hesitant when you speak with them about meeting there is a chance they will no-show. What I would do is allow them to set the time and date and then go over how they are going to get to the appointment. Because that is the number one excuse I did not have a ride. Always end the conversation stressing how important it is for them to keep the appointment.
