Lazieness is one factor..a major one. Remember it was a slothfull induvidual who wouldnt work by the sweat of his brow who came up with the theory that evolved into communism...the evil empire. Also people who wre not raised to work with their hands but to chase after materialistic gains will not want to take real work but whatever can make easy money. They are spoiled...rotten

No everyone wants an easy job, just lazy people. Don't forget that easier jobs pay less than more difficult jobs!

1.) No one has the drive to work hard because they get paid the same amount if they're lazy or it they work hard.
2.) Employers don't reward the employees that work hard.
3.) There isn't a pay difference between the jobs you work hard at (and get appreciated) and the ones that are hard jobs.
