I am girl wrestler in high school. I am always getting crap from the guys as you could imagine. I need some hints to help me get better more focused, and finally shut them up! can anyone help me?

Well, I'm a chick and was the captain of my high school's wrestling team. I never got any crap, and that is because I would always kick their a$$es. Just focus on beating the hell out of these guys and you will.

You know, Kurt Angle has been told crap too, like he couldn't and wouldn't make the cut as a wrestler. But he proved them wrong, and now, he is considered the best shoot wrestler of this generation. The first thing you have to do is to ignore them, trust me, when your haters are the one who is in actual training, they'd be like little sissy kids crying and moaning in pain. You need to be serious of this stuff, and you need to have a laser-like aim for your goal.
And remember what Hogan said:
"Take your vitamins, brother."

just getting a win should be enough focus, come out and wrestle night in and night out, show em how dedicated you are and that should shut them up, if it doesnt then tell them you do not appreciate the hazings.

run every day, for at least a mile, never quit, and dont take no gruff, and if guys give u crap give it right back to them!

quit and go in to some thing more usefull. juitse, brazzilan juitsu, thi boxing, real martial arts.
