i need them to be REALLY REALLY cute, and summery, and NO tunics, cuz those are cheesy

A lot of times places like Fashion Cents or Dress for Less (kind of discount stores) have really cute things that are in style for very cheap...they're still quality too!

Well if your plus size try lane bryant, ulla popken or gigi on the net. usually 30 inches is a long enough to cover your butt.

rue 21 has great clothes. also hollister and american eagle and aeropostale. go for rue 21 and aeropostale if you need them for under 15-20 bucks and american eagle and ollister for a bit more.
