i lose the dang game because it just sits there then the other person clicks the time expired and i lose! even if i was winning??!!

go to www.java.com, install the latest version of java. It is free. It will help all of the pogo games run smoother.

JAVA is a programming language for computer games and when it comes to games, JAVA creates something called applets that is basically the game console.
In order to play pogo games, you need to enable java on your browser.
To enable your JAVA, you need to go to Tools then Internet Options on your IE Browser menu on top.
Go to advanced and then scroll down and look for JAVA and check all the boxes.
Then go to the Security Tab and click on Custom Level and enable Java scripting.
If you need a JAVA runtime program to play games, download it at http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Restart browser.
I play pogo as well and I experience that when I play squelchies. Its usually not your problem, its a pogo problem.
And unlike the post above, JAVA is a very powerful language. It is NOT a beginners language because it takes a very skillful person to program in JAVA. I dont see how it can be inefficient when 70% of online banking uses JAVA as its primary programming language for their applications. It passes ethical hacks and it is growing in every company.

Because Java sucks.
It's a beginners programming language, and personally I feel everything java I have ever seen was never efficient, or reliable:)
Although some will disagree "usually Java programmers"
All I can say is show me something java that "doesn't lag" or hang etc..
Of-course this is all personal opinion take it for what it's worth.
