its like an essay that you do based on a specific research on a specific topic..... you , like in any other paper, have an intro ... a body with several paragraphs to suppoer your thesis and a conclusion :)

when you're given a topic (ex. How bone cancer is dangerous)
then you research it on the computer or anywhere, and you write about it in a report, or essay.

it is an essay regarding a subject that you have picked out......stating facts from RESEARCHING the subject through RESOURCES...usually books, articles, online pages...
