I know AcneFree is an alternative to Proactiv with a lower price but does it work as well ? And can Proactiv or AcneFree ruin my skin?

They have the same ingredients, one just looks prettier so people buy it.
AcneFree is fine... although AcneFree AND Proactiv have a chance of drying out your skin.
The best way to stop dry skin is use a morning moisturizer.
Be sure that all of your products are oil-free.

Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using acne free for about 11 months. I had clear skin within a couple of days of using it.

proactiv worked for about 6 months for me.... acnefree worked for 3.
i have to keep switching facial medication because my skin gets used to it... similar to how you're supposed to switch shampoo/conditioner every so often.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

I am sure it does, if you knew more about how money can buy, you'd know the answer to that.
Your best bet my dear would be to eat right and use organic cleansers, toners, and moisturizers.
Honestly, its best for your body, skin, soul, and mind.
