Here's a few websites to try.
http://www.dirosapreserve.org - Privately owned art gallery and preserve in Napa.
http://www.safariwest.com - Safari tours in Santa Rosa.
http://www.winetrain.com/packages/dinner_familyfun.html - The Napa Valley wine train with special packages for families.
Also, if you time it right, you might be able to go during the grape harvesting. Some wineries will let you volunteer which could be fun for the whole family.
Have fun!

Actually, Sterling has the "lift" - trams to take you up the hillside. The wine sucks, but I hear the ride is pretty cool. But, teens might find it boring. And, you have to pay like $15 a head to do it.
Coppola is now Rubicon and they charge $25 a head just to visit the property. THe museum was cool when it was free, but the wine doesn't warrant a $25 a person charge.
If they are into hiking, you could stay at a B&B in the hills and spend some time doing that. There are some cute shops in Napa, so if you stay there, that could be an option. But, it will only take an hour or two to make it through them all. There are outlet malls, also, that could be fun - right across the highway from Napa.
Some wineries will not allow minors in their tasting rooms, so if you plan on doing any tours or if the adults plan on doing tastings, you might want to call some wineries beforehand.
Other than that, I really don't know of too much to entertain teenagers - Napa is very adult oriented.

I believe the Mondavi winery has a neat lift that takes you up to the winery, which overlooks the valley and is just gorgeous. The lift would be neat for the kids, and you can get some cool pictures at the top.
Also, the Coppola winery has costumes and props from Francis Ford Coppola's movies, such as "Dracula". Neat to see and get pictures of. Gorgeous grounds all together.
Besides that and some awesome restaurants, I am not too sure what else there is for kids.
Good luck!

Except for the remarkable scenery, there isn't a lot for kids and teens to do in Napa. The region, is really, all about, wine tasting. It is one of the most beautiful places, in the world. Kids and teens, really aren't going to appreciate it.
