I have three children 14, 11 and 3. My 3 year old son amazes me with his intellectual conversation. He is very inquisitive and can really figure things out. Sometimes mechanically I can't figure out something and he is really there to help. Example being, I was trying to put together a bed frame and he was helping me. He is always on the go and quick to learn. Songs and rhymes he picks up so quickly. I can show him something onece and he remebers how to do it right away! I always think he's going to be smart.

ok, yeah your properly about the older children being smart and that they had bottles with formulation, yet being a mom of four youngsters that were all breastfed, I in uncomplicated phrases did breast-for longer than 6 months/each and each. What I easily were informed is that once a touch one makes use of the breast, they ought to apply their mouths and jaws extra sturdy to get the milk to go back out. The milk is likewise in good structure, has extra protein, supplements and minerals that are prefect for the mind of a newborn. i'm no longer suggesting that bottle/formulation fed children are any a lot less smarter than breastfed children, yet i understand what I easily were informed through experts and what I easily have seen with my own childern. do not enable anybody inform you that the different is more advantageous than the first. You do what's sweet for you and for your infant. no longer what's anticipated from others. that's what i become informed through acquaintances and relations and that i chosen to breastfeed. who's to assert that human milk is more advantageous than formulation. you may want to bottle feed yet another Einstein or you may want to breastfeed yet another "wooded area Gump".

I Do, but it's not about what my baby does...more about genetics. My husband and I are both very intelligent. He has his MBA and I am a few credits shy of my doctoral degree. Both of us have IQs around the 140 mark, which is like 98th percentile. So I figure, genetically speaking, our child should be fairly intelligent.

Every parent thinks their child will be smart when they get older. My son started talking at 9 months. and i'm not talking first words here. mommy want that. mommy need drink. but he was delayed in walking. he did walk until 15 month. So is he smart? don't know, define smart first because every parents smart is different.

i think that everyone thinks that their baby is smart or is going to be smart. sometimes they exaddurate in thier minds that their baby is more advanced than other babies. like take me for example, my baby doesnt like to watch tv, instead she would rather read books, now that is probably normal but i like to think that it means she will love reading and be smart. we always want and wish for the best for our children.
