You need to disable the other card. The one that's built in the motherboard. You can do so by going into you BIOS and disable it. Maybe this can help you http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=dim_video&message.id=142119

Did you uninstall the drivers for the integrated card? Always uninstall the drivers for your devices (even if it is integrated) when installing newer hardware. That may or may not be your problem and I can't tell you because I've never tried NOT uninstalling old device drivers before installing new hardware. Windows, has issues when you try to use two display devices at the same time, that much I do know. Unless you have a dual slot PCIe motherboard (like mine) where you can and I did install dual graphics cards.

is this an agp or just pci cards. are the new and old cards fitted on same pc. or the new card (without the old card) connected to the monitor and no dislay, and remove new card and put the old card into the same pc. is this the situation? or one pc on each card....ok. the problem is the new card driver. it is not compatible with the pc. try to get an update for this new driver...before otherelse disable the on-board video in the BIOS if you have this so as not to complicate things.

May be the mother board you are using does not support 8X agp.
GforceFX5200 is 8X agp. it requires a motherboard supporting 8X agp bus. So check ur mothboard mannual for details. If ur mother does not support 8X agp YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE AGP. You will hav to change the mother board if u wan to use the agp.
