I've been thinking about this question since yesterday. What makes a lie go from a little one to a big one? A lie is a lie no matter what the lie is. However, I thought this question was very good.........so...........My whole 1st marriage was a big lie....so I would saying telling my ex husband that I loved him when I really didn't! I just thought I did.

this is not the biggest lie. But it is the one that hurt the most. lieing about your age to a truly good friend. And for what reason age is just a number.

The biggest lie I ever told , was to a friend of mine. He lied to me so I said I believe you. I believe you was the lie, I told him.

I have never told anyone the lie I have told but it was a BIG one and I told it too my hubby when we went on a date. Nothing sexual......
Something about a child. Can't say what I would pass out. But it was BAD. He still believes it. Really I was joking with him and he either wasn't listing to me or thinks I'd never lie. Cause he fell for it. I hate to think about it too. Still bothers me!

I hate liars..When I was young I am sure I told a ton of them.. But I am an honest person and to a fault I suppose.. However, I have been lied to many times, and because of that either that person is out of my life for good, or I do not trust anything they tell me..

There is nothing in this world worth lying about..

I have told a few lies ofcourse, but not telling u!! They say "what u don't know won't hurt u" so therefore a little lie can be better than the truth, depending on the situation.

The biggest lie I ever told was to myself, and it was that I loved someone enough to marry them, needless to say, we were divorced.

I'm glad I can't remember! If I could, it'd mean I was proud of it.

I'm not 100% honest - I've said "I'm sick", or "I have already made plans" to avoid going places I'd rather not.

But - I'm always embarrassed about doing that - because it means I don't have the courage to be truthful.

And I always ask myself - why did I lie?
