You know what? I got tired of squeezing and rolling. So I buy the kind that you push down on like a plunger and the paste oozes out a nozzle. That way, when I am out of toothpaste, I don't say, "Damn!" [like I didn't know it was about to happen]. And then start tearing the tube apart to get the little bit I know is there out. Because the dispenser will not give out any more and that's that. I have to go get a refill for it.
Saves me these little aggravations....push the plunger, the toothpaste comes out on the brush, and when it's over, it's over.

I squeeze it at the end. It bothers me when my wife squeezes it in the middle. I can't stand rolled toothpaste tubes! It drives me NUTS!

It takes to long to roll and squeeze, roll and squeeze. Just squeeze and worry about rolling when the tube is flat. :)

Squeeze. My hubby taught me a neat trick. He takes the end of the tube and bends it over the edge of the bathroom counter and pulls. Flat as can be! No toothpaste left behind!
