Put up with it. Menopause is extremely hard on a woman. Talk to your wife, support her, and most of all, do research so you can understand what it is she is going through.

Be loving and supportive. If she hasn't discussed her symptoms with her gynecologist I'd suggest she go for a routine exam and ask some questions. I'm currently in the throes of this delightful time in a woman's life. I didn't want HRT (hormone replacement therapy) so I tried Estroven (day) and Estroven PM (night). It is a natural way to deal with the symptoms. When I was only taking it during the day I still had mood swings and hot flashes. Once I was on the PM too the hot flashes disappeared and the mood swings have decreased. Here's the website: http://www.estroven.com/ . I'd suggest she give this a try. I'm blessed with a very understanding and supportive husband. He makes it a lot easier. God bless you and your lovely wife!

Estroven thats What my mom used. Wow What a miracle! But if that doesnt work tell your wife to go to a OB/GYN and ask about hormones. Now my mom takes a hormone called PremPro. She hasnt had a Hot Flash in Over a Year

Take her to a Dr. and get meds for her. Menopause can be treated so it doesn't drive her and everyone else crazy.

Sounds like someone needs the Testosterone patch to reduce his mood swings.

If she just started, you could be facing at least seven years of continued insanity. Sorry, bud, but the only thing you can do is grin and bear it. You won't win at ANYTHING.
