I think you need to get a new boyfriend or he needs to get his priorities straight and his dad needs a wake up call. If he isn't speaking up I think you should and soon. That is disrespectful and not appreciated. Speak up hun.

You're bf doesn't respect oyu. He is still immature. I suggest you talk to your bf about how it bothers you. If he can't understand talk to the man himself. If they both get stupid about it then just dump him. Imagine how it would feel if you married him and at the rception his dad pinches your tush. Just a scenario. Move away from that. Next time he does it, tell him that it makes you really uncomfortable and you'd appreciate it if he'd stop. That alone should get him to quit it, but if he doesn't, tell him that the next time he touches you like that you're going to have to get your parents involved. If your "bf" (is that boyfriend, or best friend?) doesn't like it, that's their problem. You have every right to stand up for yourself if you're not comfortable.
