Who's heard the stories about Katherin Mcphee being bulemic? How convienint is that that all of a sudden she is this "injured" "star" and has all these problems. You can just tell she is trying to get attention. What do you think?

Never liked her. I thought she was OK til they picked the final 24. This girl that went before her hadn't been chosen, and Katherine was "mad" or "upset" and was pretty much gonna tell the judges off. But when she got there and found out she'd been chosen, she didn't say sh*t about the girl she was supposedly gonna defend. I see her as a hypocrite and always trying to be the "girl next door". She's also conceited. I'm glad Taylor won...she never should've been in the top 3. She's a Kelly Clarkson wannabe, a scientologist, and fake. Eww, I hated the way she would look at the camera.

I feel badly that she had to go through something like that. She seems very genuine to me, and she was sharing something very personal, so I can't see berating her for that. It takes a great deal of courage for someone to admit that they have/had a problem, and my feeling is that she was trying to help prevent someone from going down that frightening road. Not all people are self-centered and out for attention, so I'll just choose to give her the benefit of the doubt, and thank her going out on a limb for others. By the way, I believe that she was much more deserving of the Idol honors than the other man--what a terrific talent she is, and I hope she does as well as Kelly Clarkson.

I don't think she is the one trying to get attention. She probably just mentioned it to some reporter or some friend who blabbed, but I don't think it was her fault she's getting this much attention. I love her and I wish she would have won. Taylor Hicks is old and wierd, I bet he and his music is not going to last. It's going to be another Ruben and Clay year where the second place winner does way better in their career than the first place winner does.

I think she is amazing and has tons of talent. I don't really think that she would be the person to try to get attention with something like that, she can get it with her amazing voice! Also I think it was a real problem that she had and she is just adressing the world to the terrible condition that she had.

I think she should have been booted off the night that Chris was instead of Chris. His votes were somehow transfered to her line. I never cared for her. As far as the eating disorder, who knows, she might have one.

Eating Disorders are pretty embarrassing, so no, I don't think she's making it up. It takes courage to speak up about something like that.
