he isnt scared of me im 5'3" 140 lbs he is being a jerk cause dcfs says im a FIT mother and this is the only way for my kid not to be with me...he thinks this is a cheap way to get custody..i have never beat him or even laid a hand on my. I havent seen or talked to him in over a month

I really don't get why only one child was removed from your custody and not all three... is the child that was removed, the only natural child of the man who brought the order against you, or are all the children his biological children? And if you can't afford an attorney, you need to get to your county's Mediator and/or Court Facilitator A.S.A.P. (look in the phone book's gov't section for your county and check under the Superior Court or Family Court heading for these listings)for help with your case. Again, good luck!

Understand this: the person who took out the order of protection did so because they are afraid of you.
You would do well to observe that protection order, and stay away from them.
You can go to court and let the judge decide if you're innocent. Until then, don't go near the person.

you can't get it dropped, and you have to go to court to prove yourself innocent.
