the second one because it is less confusing. but, if you want to motiviate everyone, don't use GOD since some people don't believe in him.

How about this:

w * d = 1/l

w = potential to save the environment
d = what you actually do
l = likelihood that the government will bombard you with taxes!!!

neither... the first one doesn't make any sense, sounds more like a science expirement gone wrong
the second one, definitely sounds like a fundie chant
