most people think the time to impress your spouse is before the wedding and once your married you know longer have to show love thru affection. so they stop the kisses the hugs the sex cause in thier eyes you're already married what more do ya need. Also the stress of marriage plays alot into it; the bill, work, kids, even inlaws affect your sex life but there are some couples who continue to live an very happy fullfilling sex life after marriage

Just like the quality of any relationship can deteriorate if effort is not put into the relationship to maintain the relationship at the desired quality level, the same applies to sex in a married relationship. So, if you and your spouse desire to have good, quality sex, you both have to decide that that is was you will strive to do no matter how long the relationship. Changes may occur in your relationship--you may have children, you may encounter financial issues, etc. These changes have been known to cause problems in people's marriages. The most important thing to do is to try your best to communicate through the changes that occur; don't shut down. (Once you shut down, the problems will only get worse.)

The amount of sex can change when you get married. If you and your spouse decide that you want to continue having a loving, romantic, caring, sexual relationship during the years you are married, you can do it.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Do not neglect your spouse. Be willing to fulfill his or her needs to the best of your abilities, according to how he or she wants them fulfilled.

HAHAHA!! Yes it is true, but the reason is becuase you both are used to each other so much that sex becomes not as important as other things in your lives. It is a drag, and it does sometimes destroy a marriage. BUT once your married, things do get fun. There is a whole lot to marrige then just sex. And sex not necessarily always get's rare, it more than less turns to routine. So if you get into that situation, add spice to it and make you and your wifes sex life wild. It will remain fun forever until you have to you Viagra. And it is not a myth, it's more of a truth. Think of it as you and your partner finding other things in life other than just sex.

Unfortunately, I believe it is true.
When you first get married you are honeymooners therefor you cant wait to do it.
Then because of time, work, health, hormones it kinda decreases. This does not mean there is less love it just means that you have found out other ways of showing love that dont need to be sexual. Looking deeply into his eyes and he to yours is making love. But , you can still keep it alive by doing special
plans and spicing it up. Talk to your friends more about it.

i think it's a myth. how much sex you have with someone should not be determined by your relationship status (ie: married, dating, long term relationship). if there is little sex, that means that you are making that so. you have to power to control how much sex you have, not your title of "married". i'm sure things like children or job schedules might affect it, but not to the point of NO SEX. if i get married, i will NOT LET sex be non-existent.

It usually depends on the couple. It takes alot of work to keep it fresh & new, but if you both work at it you will be surprised. The more open top new ideas you are the better it will be.

Yes,why? I guess you both get to comfortable with each other and can even take each other for granted.A relationship or marriage needs to be nurtured like a garden or it will wither and die.
