Yes because I have.

But I have to like them to begin with before I consider going out with them.

Yes and I have....Just always remember to talk to them a lot online or phone and get to know the the person first. I waited 1 year before I actually met this one girl and when we did meet it was awesome and we knew each other enough that it was very comfortable when we met.
