if you buy some clearasil pads and wipe them on your face twice a day every zit and bump will disappear in like three days

First of all DO NOT POP IT! Popping it will leave a scar, and then you will never be able to get rid of that. Also wash your face only twice a day with some mild antibacterial soap or antibacterial face scrub/foam, ( Swiss makes a really nice antibacterial apricot scrub), and try clearasil. Also, make sure you are not irritating your zit, this means touching it too much, put stuff on it that causes burning or pain of any kind, and finally just let it heal...because if you pop it, then there will be a scar and the scar will be as big as the zit and then even if you put neosporin on the scar it won't go away and thus you will have a permanent thing the size of your current zit!

just use a very soapy soap, nothing antibacterial. then put iodine on it two or three times a day, right after washing. after it starts to dry out, put some triple antibiotic ointment on it and make sure to rub it in good! after a day or two hit it with some champho phenique for a day or two, and rub that in good too. the zit stuff at the store will just make it disappear, but not go away. i've had a folicular problem for about ten years and have tried every thing from acutane (almost killed me) to clearasil. this past semester i took microbiology....and learned about colonies inhabiting follicels. dont touch your face unless your washing it or medicating with very clean hands! i've been using that 10X dishwashing liquid as a facial scrub for a few months now, along wiht the other suggestions....and my zits are finally coming to a nice head....."emptying by themselves...sorta gross", and then i have a nice healthy baby hair growing from a nice healthy pore. FINALLY. good luck, and watch what your eating also. no fast food. lots of veggies good...and onion and garlic very good. the more grease you eat...the more sebum your body can produce. th emore sebum...the bigger/more zit. never pop a zit...its just maserates tissue and makes the bacteria happy. if you need to "empty" it, then pull it apart....just make sure there is something to "catch" the stuff. very disgusting...yes. but the end result is so much better than i've been in ten years. peace.

addition: things will get worse before they get better. but if your on summer vacation, well then now's the time to do it.

Ugh! Since I've been prego, I've had the same problem!! I have this one, not ready to pop, but MAN- it REALLY hurts!! My face was usually clear before I was prego, and this is what I usually did to keep it that way...

During the day when I showered, I used a facial scrub then followed with a cleansing astringent. Then at night I applied triple antibiotic to any potential threats. By morning, they were usually much better. This is good for existing blemishes or the little ones just trying to break through. Mine are just a bit out of control, nowadays- could be all the chocolate I've been eating! LOL

I think zit creams are a gimmick. I believe (personally) that they only prevent. Once you have the pimple forget it...it is going to swell and go its course. Actually sometimes I think acne creams aggravate the skin by making it dry out and get all leathery and crispy. Yuk! I know its hard...but I stopped makeup. I go with very little now. Usually mascara and lip gloss. I must say I'm not coated in makeup and my skin actually looks better than before.

Simply just either pop it and let it dissolve into the skin and have a scar or you can use noxzema to clean your pores and drink at least 8 bottles of poland spring water bottles the regular about 20 0z to clear any acne up. For any diet questions for your face e-mail moi aight ST@C3

Try not to touch it or pop it, unless you can definately see the gunk in it.

Toothpaste or preperation H work, if creams aren't working.

They say toothpaste or Preparation H applied and let dry overnight both work.
