Go for it!

Or even better, sell his stuff to pay the rent!

throw it out carefully.. if it gets ruined by wind or rain you may be responsible for the damages.. cover it with a tarp and put a note on it that identifies it as being their unwanted crap..
If they value it .. it will disappear quickly..
you have the right to do this only if the place is in your name.. if his name is on the lease, have his name removed first :)
but if you have a 'flat' you are probably in Europe.. the laws may be different there.. look into it :P

According to all of the court shows, you have to give him 30 days notice to move out--in writing and also notice on a time limit to get his stuff. After that expires, yep, throw it out.

Call your lawyer and make it legal, that way he can not press charges on you. Call the police if he harasses or threatens you.
Yes! you have the right in my opinion to throw his sht out and be sure to get new locks on the doors if you do!!!

Tell him if he doesn't come move it out in 30 days then you are going to trash it all! And if he doesn't, then YES, you have every right to get rid of it :o)

I would contact ur local Police and ask em just in case. You could violate his privacy if u went in his room or anything like that.
