I would see a chiropractor. How long ago were you stabbed? That may indeed have something to do with it. You may need to do exercise to keep your spine in allignment.

Hot moist heat will help too.

You should see a doctor to check if it is connected with that stabbed. The doctor knows what to check on problems like it. If you need supplement to replace nutrients lost to bones or any cell problem he will bring you to the right physician. If in case there is no more solution but pain reliever like what had happened to me, consult a doctor in Nutrition. My books are saying a lot of things to problems like it. My back pain which was a bone problem was healed by taking the proper nutrient needed.
All the problems related to health in our family was been cured by eating the right diet and proper supplements.

Try stretching exercises. This happened to me when I started a new job and was on my feet all day. I'm 24. I think your body is just constantly in an awkward position.

Lay on your back, and bring your knees to your chest. It'll probably hurt a little, but it'll start to relax.

It could be because of poor posture. You need to see a chiropractor to re-align your spine. Lifting heavy objects without proper body mechanics is one big thing that causes back pains. You could be suffering feom sciatica or pinch nerve as you said it also hurt your thighs. Anti-inflammatory drugs can help ease your pain such as ibuprofen or other NSAIDs. You might need some physical therapy as well.

See a doctor and get checked for diabetes and any possible clogged arteries. If you are heavy flatten the tummy. But see a doctor sometimes these symptoms can relate to cardiac problems as well even in young people.

Exercises to strengthen your back muscles and a heating pad. And believe it or not, a good pair of shoes if you have to be on your feet a lot during the day.
