I looked up the source of the quote and was a little surprised with the above as I thought it was a Napoleonic war quote ... maybe has been said more than once :-)
My favourite current quote is Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) in response to being told "there will come a moment when you will just know the right thing to do" ... "I love those moments, I love to wave to them as they pass by"
