We all know laws are written vaugely & that they are so long & complex that reading one in full would probably kill more brain cells than main lining tequila. Sometimes they're vauge on purpose... meaning they can be interpreted situation to situation as appropriate, but still I know what you mean. If you have some proposal for more common sense in government I'd be happy to hear it.
