Rub it down with a very slight damp paper towel
and then wipe it down again with a dry paper towel. Do the same for the outside. Some of the
sprays that are safe for a desktop computer, can actually ruin a laptop. You have to read the labels on all products. Once in a while use an ozone friendly cleaning duster, (Office Depot)
which shoots an air-like substance to clean
between the keys.

They're actual LCD cleaning supplies at Staples. It's an LCD spray with lint free cloths.http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StaplesProductDisplay?prodCatType=1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10051&langId=-1&productId=19327&cmArea=SEARCH

Sure, eyeglass cleaning cloths.

I buy them at Walmart. They are wrapped in individual packets and have the cleaner in them. They are like damp towelettes.

They are safe for LCD screens.

Uhh.... to tell you the truth, that's the hardest question I've heard all day!!! No, just kidding. Use a damp non-lotionized tissue (the tissues without the built-in lotion.) That's what I do for my flat screen lap-top, and it works!!

Fisrt off, stop touching your screen!
Second, I shouldn't say that cuz I always touch mine, but I have found that windex works just fine, you don't need to spend extra bucks on those high-tech products.
