Hello. Sometimes I feel tired. Sometimes I feel tired and dont feel like talking much. Sometimes I feel tired when I talk to people my age and sometimes people older than me.
Sometimes when I read something i cant concentrate that much on what I am reading. A little bit I can. Sometimes when I read something its like i feel a little antsy when i try to read something and when i try to read something sometimes i feel a little antsy like i dont want to read something.
Do any of you know what I can do so I wont be tired so much when hanging out or conversating with whoever or how I might could read some things a little bit without being antsy.

If you want a quick fix for flagging energy levels there's no better snack than a banana.
Containing three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose - combined with fiber; a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Research has proved that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions making it a must to add to your daily diet.
Because of their great taste, they can also serve as a substitute for sweets and satisfy sugar cravings.
Researches also shows that serotonin and norepinephrine in bananas may naturally help sufferers overcome depression. They are the good mood food.

You sound to be depressed. And theres a few thing you could do. See a doctor about it and get some pills. And just get out side. Walk, join a rec center for excerize and to meet new friends. Godo something you've not done before. But first I would see a doctor ...just to make sure your ok physically and mentally

I think you are suffering from anxiety and depression. All of the signs point to that. They have very good, tried and true medications for it now. But see a doctor. Tell the doctor. If it is what I think it is, then you will feel better in a few weeks. And no, you don't have to give up your sex life. That's a myth.

A medical diagnosis of depression is based on a combination of the symptoms listed below. Your doctor, counselor or psychologist will evaluate your family history, current stressors and overall physical and mental condition. If you're experiencing any of the following symptoms, seek medical advice right away.
regular episodes of sadness, tearfulness, or crying
hopelessness
increased irritability, anger, or hostility
persistent boredom or fatigue
low self esteem
feelings of guilt
inability to concentrate
acute sensitivity to rejection or failure
loss of interest or pleasure in previously enjoyed activities
social isolation, withdrawal
difficulty with relationships
physical illnesses associated with stress (headache, stomachache)
ditching classes often, even when your friends aren't
school grades tanking
loss of appetite or constant hunger
too little or too much sleep, increasing fatigue
alcohol or drug abuse including marijuana
self-injury or mutilation (cutting, burning, biting)
discussion or thoughts of suicide.
What Are the Causes of Teen Depression?
Low self esteem is one of the common causes of teen depression, but it isn't necessarily the trigger for the disorder. If you have trouble in school (problems with reading, learning, concentrating, or paying attention), you're at a higher risk for teenage depression than kids who do well in school. If you have problems at home with parents or a stepparent, or if you live in a home with lots of fighting and conflicts, you're also in a higher risk group.

As far as i feel you dont have any problem. the only thing is you are not intrested. Lack in intrest often makes us sleepy or takes our concentration away. When you start doing some work keep all your brains on it ONLY. Stop thinking about wahts happening in the world and do your reaading. Maybe that would help.

A trip to the Dr sounds in order to me. A physical truly sounds the way to go. If you are eating sensibly and getting proper sleep and exercise and not depressed something must be up.

You can seek help from your GP for tiredness that has no obvious cause. Anxiety or depression, a sleep disorder such as insomnia or sleep apnoea and iron-deficiency anaemia are all conditions that could cause tiredness. These conditions will need to be diagnosed and treated by a medical professional.

Feeling tired might mean you're not getting enough sleep, hence the inability to concentrate. If the problem persists, I'd definitely see a doctor.
