noise starts awhile after pushing a/c button. annoying sound
like letting pressure off of something swooing sound.

This is the sound of the liquified refrigerant gas bleeding past the DPX valve in the evaporator core behind the glove box. It is here that the liquid gas is allowed to depressurise slowly and evaporate back into a gas. This evaporation is what uses up the heat. The sounds that you are referring to are completely normal. Check the belt, it may be loose or glazed. If it's cracked or glazed, it needs changed. Otherwise, the compressor may be bad.
