I suspect a tap on my computer?how do i get rid of?tried all of the antivirus.?

I believe there could be a tap of some sort on my computer.all the antivirus tools can not get rid of it,but i did get a site to go to from one of you and lost it as i removed my question and forgot to write it down.Any help?
