IF you own the rights to the images, ie you took them and they are yours. You will then need to find music from an unsigned artist, and get their permission to use their music ..

I'm assuming it's someone else's music. If you didn't write and produce it and it's protected under copy write laws, then you cannot use it on your DVD and sell it.

If it's your music you can. Did you write the song? Do you sing the song? Is the song yours? You can't use someone else's work without permission, this is the whole point behind copyright protection.

If you write the music, if it is not owned by any company or person, or if you pay for the rights to use the music you should be fine.
