what are the very first signs of pregnancy i mean i have never been prego before but im curiouse and does the pill always work? just out of ordinary

and why do they say that giveing birth is the closet to death a woman can get i mean is that true or is it that painful used as a metaphor?

The very first signs of my 2 pregnancies before I even had any idea were very sore breasts and thicker waist (not from weight gain but hormones make your bowels/intestines distended). Greasy foods like buttered popcorn made me queasy. I thought I was suffereing from MAJOR PMS!!! Then I missed my period and had a pretty good idea what was wrong.

The pill does not always work. If not taken correctly or with antibiotics then your chances of getting pregnant increase.

Getting pregnant is nowhere near death and whoever told you that is sadly mistaken. Sure it hurts but its nothing close to death. If that were the case then the majority of us wouldn't be here and lots of people would have stopped giving birth after the first child!

For me it was highly tender breast. Very sore especially to the touch. I never had "morning sickness". The pill works most of the time. There are very few for whom the pill is ineffective.

I believe that it is a metaphor. Really I had a quick delivery. About 2:15 minutes total. From when my water broke to when the first pains came. I was only in hard labor for about 30-45 minutes and barely made it to the hospital in time. So I may not be the best person to answer your additions to your question.

Nausea (although not always), hot flashes, headaches, weird food cravings, mistaking your husband for a government agent conspiring against you, imagining your obstetrician as a space alien. Pills don't always work. Giving birth is like having kidney stones its not like downloading a bowling ball ... it hurts but it not that bad.

Yeah, I'd say sore boobies, but that could mean that your period is about here. I had to be reminded I was pregnant for a while. No, the pill is 95% affected.

pill isn't always effective. first signs of pregnancy....sore boobs, peeing a lot, nausea, missed period.
the pill can be affected by antibiotics, or may not be absorbed properly if you have a bout of dyorrea (no idea how to spell that) or vomiting. sometimes it just doesn't work.

For me I just knew, I truly think women have a natural instinct for this. My breast also where very tender and I just wanted to rest, maybe not sleep all the time but just takes things easy.

your breasts get tender, sick in the morning, and your sense of smell is heightened. You smell certain things a lot better and the simplest things like for me it was bacon, make you sick.
